Steps to Obtain Custom Client Code

Just follow these steps.

Step 1: Start Your Application

Visit www.dubaitrade.ae and complete your application. The portal will require you to submit the necessary documentation, which includes the following.

  • Your trade license copy
  • Your passport copy
  • Your phone number

Also, you have to make a payment of 525 AED through the portal.

Step 2: Register on the Dubai Trade Portal

You’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Click on the link in the email and log in with your username and password.

Now click on the “Mirsal 2” link. After that, choose “new business registration link.”

Now, provide the following information.

  • Your business details
  • Your facility and warehouse information
  • Profile information for different users
  • Submit the required documents
  • Fill out Mirsal information

Step 3: Receiving Your Custom Code

After completing your registration, you’ll have to wait to receive your custom code. Generally, you’ll receive your custom code in two working days.
